Going for an interview or registering with an Agency can be overwhelming. Not with our team - you will feel the difference from the moment you walk in the door. You will be guided through each stage, kept updated and given honest feedback. We tell it like it is – even if we can’t help you, because we don’t want to waste your time! But we will at least guide you in the right direction. With MAX you will never feel alone in your journey.

What to expect when you register with MAX

  • Submit your Resume Online - we will always review your application & resume as a first step - so it is important to get it through.

  • Telephone Interview - this is an initial chat to understand & determine your specific situation, skills & experience and identify what you are looking for. At this stage, we will be able to give you a realistic picture of the market and whether can help you!

  • Interview - once we establish that we can help you we will book you in for an interview. To save you time, we will arrange for you to complete any skills based testing online, at home. At MAX a standard interview can take between 30 – 45 minutes depending on the role. All MAX interviews are conducted using Behavioural Based interview questions.
